If you really want to go for it, plan well ahead because a full afternoon filled with preparations will pass by. That is: IF you really want to go for it, for home-made (hand-rolled) spring rolls, home-marinated beef, hand-cut vegetables, hand-stirred sauces, and so on. It’s quite a job, believe me.
The French part is: Using the best ingredients, especially for the rolls, will enhance this dish miraculously. It’ll be turned, in fact, in a meal worth a Michelin star. No kidding.
